Yes I knew all of that thanks.  I wasn't asking how Windows works, but how
the OP was trying to start his moved copy of VRPC.

That's what I was getting at.  It doesn't work.  Maybe this is why.

Yes.  So this is why I asked the OP how he was trying to start the moved
app.
