I used to have 256 MB RAM in one of my RPCs under RO 3.70.  That caused no
end of problems until I used a program written by someone else that changed
the way that RO internally decided which bits of memory could be used for
what things.  Unless RO 4 addressed this problem I would not be surprised if
it was still a problem.
