[Virtualacorn-list] PDF partial failure

About 2/3 of downloaded pdfs fail to open on this RO 4.02 running
on an RComp Shuttle. The only !PDF I can find is a Feb 2007
version in !Boot.Resources.

When doubleclicked, PDF appears on the iconbar and has 1036K on
Application tasks display.

OTOH, when the pdfs are clicked on first, and the pdf is one that
opens, PDF does not appear on the iconbar nor on the tasks display.

The !Run has wimpslot -min 928k -max 928k
 and the dunnowhat:
Set PDF$DynamicAreaSize -1

DNK what, if any, of the above are relevant to why and when the
pdfs do or don't display. Wd value advice.
