However, it's still not as good as the old !PDF for music.

I've taken a PDF generated from a Sibelius file using Steve Fryatt's
excellent !PrintPDF & thrown it at three PDF viewers to demonstrate.

!PDFView (3.02) Apr 20017 Spencer, Granville & Noonberg - does a pretty good
job.

!PDF (3.02) Mar 2017 Gransden, Granvill, SmiersNoonberg - is poor in the
normal view, but invoking the postscript viewer does a very good job.

!PDFtest (3.03) may 2013 Gransden, Granvill, SmiersNoonbergis - not good in
that the postscrip viewer is not there & saving as sprite doesn't cut the
mustard. The stems appear but no note heads.

If I've understood correctly, the first two apps use !Gview but does !PDFtest?

Have I missed something?

I've took the liberty of breaking with protocol & attaching the files for
those who want to compare but that was too big so it's with the moderator at
the moment so I'm sending this sans examples.
If anyone wants to see them for comparison, contact off-line.
