Thanks Steffen. I had no idea that it was on that site.
However, I've just had an offer of a second-hand copy by
private e-mail.

I had hoped to get significantly more information from the
site than I had gleaned through mailing lists and usenet.
That which is on the site gives me little more than I
already knew.
