You almost certainly need to replace the cmos.ram file in
VirtualRPC-SA\Models\...\ It often gets corrupted if the
system crashes. I keep a backup copy of a working cmos.ram
for this purpose. You will have to set the clock after
replacing the cmos.ram file.
