[Virtualacorn-list] RISC OS filetypes listed

Hello folks

The previous thread on Hostfs filetypes reminds me to mention where to
find the hexadecimal filetypes listed against their more familiar
names, e.g. FFF for Text, FF9 for Sprite, and so on.

That nice Paul Vigay maintained an extensive listing on his website at 
http://productsdb.riscos.com/sw/types.htm but it doesn't
seem to be there on some browsers (OK on Chrome). *

However, RISC OS Open publish a good equivalent on
https://www.riscosopen.org/wiki/documentation/show/File%20Types -
although it starts with FFF and ends with 000. Perfect for confusing
simple Yorkshire puddings like us. Nice one guys!  :-)
