Further to the follow-on natter on 12 Apr, the 2nd Edition of the 
e-booklet is now on-line via http://www.virtualacorn.co.uk/index2.htm

So if anyone wishes to print it, as an A5 booklet, please drop an 
email to toms at ndirect.co.uk for the printable files.

There are 3 PDF files: one for the covers and a divider, one for the 
main 80-page booklet and one for the 5 supplementary articles 
published to date. Together they come to around 3MB (zipped).

We'll include suggested settings for printing them on non-duplex 
printers, in 2 passes, but these may vary with the printer and PDF 
reader.

(If all that's too much to contemplate, a 'not-for-profit' printed 
version can be ordered direct from us, and further supplementary 
articles will be sent out later, as a batch. Details are on the 
VirtualAcorn website.)
