I tried using the ARM7500 processor model with RISC OS 6.20 and 
got the same
symptoms as described in the topic 'Risc OS 6 Display 
Problem' in the
VirtualAcorn VirtualRPC-AdjustSA support forum. It 
looks like the situation
concerning RISC OS 6 with the ARM7500 
processor model hasn't changed since then,
and the comments in that 
topic on VRAM limits still apply - 8MB for RISC OS 6,
or use the 
ARM7500 processor model with an appropriate earlier version of RISC OS.

There doesn't appear to be any later comment on the matter.
