More seriously, it is an important point.  We really mustn't panic and
fluster if we don't have an immediate answer or solution to an issue.

I know the tendency all too well, and sometimes have to apply the
Michael Winner methodology to myself: "Calm down, John - it's only a 
(whatever)!" so fully understand how it can feel.

So yes, Aaron, we should give you a chance: the world won't end over a
weekend as a result of some issue with VirtualAcorn.  Today's WikiLeaks
revelations perhaps...
