Roger we have seen your symptoms, but not the fact your ALT-ENTER does 
not work, for others it does in these situation, hence its something 
that seems specific to your PC set-up.

You have reported a number of odd things on your PC (deleting files 
into recycle bin) etc which others do not see.

You really, really need to learn more about your operating system - 
Windows.

Not sure which part of the country you are in but a local user group 
might be able to assist more or as I have said raise your 
issues/concerns with your supplier.

But ensure you have the latest video drivers and other patches 
installed first.
