No - the files are stored outwith the locations I am able to access
directly AFAICS.

I wouldn't even no where to start with that.
Whoever designed this particular system probably didn't consider the
possibility of migrating an existing user base to it, rather than
starting one, and gradually building it up[1]. Still, it's only
tedious the once (split over however many sessions it takes me to get
all the users set up).
[1] There also doesn't appear to be a way of /exporting/ the
information. It doesn't matter in my case, because I already have a
database of users which I'll maintain - but I can imagine that someone
starting out might not think to do that.
