That looks like you are not editing the correct model.cfg file.

As had been noted by others there could be three  nnnnn(JIT) directories...

Look in the "VA.cfg" file, a couple of lines down from the top it will
note what is being used.

Mine has...

Name = "Arm7 RISC OS 4 (JIT)"
