This condom-escapee tried to post to three different RISCOSitory mailing 
lists this morning - initially by trying to post with its "from" line 
spoofing the relevant list-owner addresses, then by spoofing one of my 
email addresses.

In the case of this list, although I subscribe with the address in the 
headers of this message, I also had auto-approval on the address the 
spammer used. I've now removed that particular auto-approval (and gone 
through all the lists and removed it on any others that had it).

It's probably just a pure coincidence that having tried the list-owner 
addresses on three of *my* mailing lists, the lowlife scum happened to 
pick on *my* address to make a second attempt (and in this case succeed).

However, just in case it's not coincidence, as well as removing the 
auto-approval for my softrock address I've also put the address I 
actually subscribe with (on all my lists) on moderation.

In other words, I'm now in a bizarre situation whereby whenever I post 
something to any of my own mailing lists, I must then log-in to the 
admin interface and approve my own post. :/
