It picks up the host time for it's hardware clock at startup, then uses 
the software clock that can drift. I believe it still contains my 
SyncClock module which will resynchronise every 10 seconds unless 
disabled. But if you are running RISC OS 5.2x, its probably best to use 
RTCadjust set to about a minute.
