If you can show me how, that would be great.
ATM I have:

base=0x10000000
size=128Mb

[Ram]
base=0x18000000
size=48Mb

And even that Aaron says is illegal, I think he says I should only be 
using 32MB on the latter [Ram].

I'm not handling files that big, the programs I use generate data that 
does.

Such as DirSync when you give that huge amounts to synchronise at 
once.

Netsurf regularly runs out of the 131MB RAM when I view more than 
about 10 pages of my wildflowerwebsite...

The list goes on.

Need I say more
I really miss 500GB RAM

But if you can show me how to configure 256MB on ARM7500 that would be 
good to start with. Dont forget I use 2560 x 1600 x 24 bit graphics, 
if that is relevant.
