This thread has been full of discussion about Anti-virus but what about
firewalls?

At one time I used AVG with Zonealarm as a firewall before moving to MS
security essentials and relying on the associated firewall. Do we need to
again think about a seperate firewall, and if so which one, or is the
Windows firewall still adequate (Behind a NAT router)?
