I've just had an email from Elektor magazine suggesting that with the
ending of support for XP, people should consider Linux. They make two
suggestions:

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Linux presents solid
alternatives?in particular the popular Ubuntu
<http://dbaseserver.mistermail.nl/t/1492000/31107444/352200/0/>
distribution and the easy-to-use Linux
Mint <http://dbaseserver.mistermail.nl/t/1492000/31107444/352201/0/>.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

And then go on to say:

--------------------------------------------------------------------
But let me guess: You'd like to use software that?s only
available for Microsoft?s OS. There's a solution. The Robolinux
Stealth Virtual Machine
<http://dbaseserver.mistermail.nl/t/1492000/31107444/352202/0/> enables
users to run
Windows XP or 7 inside a Linux distribution, virus free. With it,
you'll be migrating to a safer system but still be able to use all
that (good) old software you don't want to leave behind
--------------------------------------------------------------------

So, has anyone tried running VA in this fashion?
