This time, whilst running RO 4.39 VA-RPC-SA-Adjust 7500ARM model on 64 
bit Win7 the RO mouse pointer started going half-as-fast (i.e. the 
number of pixels the pointer moved per cm movement of the mouse 
halved.

Going into Windows, the Windows pointer was also moving half as fast.

Re-booting the PC sorted out both of them.

But a bug, somewhere...
