If it can happen once it can certainly happen again, the issue is only in
abeyance waiting for the users luck to run out and to be in the the middle
of something important.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete should bring up the Windows task manager, where should means
that it should do but might just not.

For what it is worth I do get occasional VRPC crashes here.
