Problem is WinClip 0.18 is a different beast to 0.22 which fixed some
problem in earlier versions.

I've just reverted my WinClip 0.22 to 0.18 and it does indeed allow Draw
to function correctly.
Unfortunately aside from checking, a rather pointless exercise as 0.18 is
of little use in transferring from RO to Windows.
