It's not related to RO6.14 or !Draw v2.40.

I see exactly the same behaviour here with RISC OS 4.39
(VirtualRPC-AdjustSA) and !Draw v2.35 running on WindowsXP(HE)
SP3.  It is the same with /any/ copied object as soon as Ctrl-V
is pressed.

Removing !WinClip v0.22 fixes the problem.
