On RISC OS, PostyUser - and I would guess Marcel. I even have to
change the default reply-to settings when setting up a list to cope
with Posty's inability to understand mailing lists.

On Windows, I don't know, but I would guess that Outlook Express (and
possibly Outlook) don't understand mailing lists as such. They can
certainly filter posts into separate boxes based on various criteria,
though, so perhaps they are a moot point.

It *is* customary for mailing lists to be set up with such a tag, and
OTTOMH, I think all of those to which I subscribe - including those
not on my domain ;) - are configured this way.

Really?

I'm using Gemini for email (and mailing lists), and that's written by
Mark Sawle, who originally wrote Messenger and Messenger Pro before
maintenance was taken over by someone else, and Gemini certainly does
it - as does Messenger Pro's main competition on RISC OS, Pluto.

So if Messenger Pro really doesn't do it, I really am surprised.
