[Bru-list] 2012 South West Show considerations

We've been asked if we could possibly offer any assistance with car sharing, for people
travelling to the show by public transport. There are rumours that a few ROUGOL members
may be interested in attending.

If you're thinking of attending the show by road and would be prepared to make a detour
via a mainline train station/coach stop, would you be willing to consider offering a
lift to one or two hitch-hiking RISC OS users? There'd probably be no real need to
commit to leave at the same time, because lifts back should be relatively easy to
organise when actually at the venue.

For bonus points, some visitors may fancy an evening in Bristol! So if you're able to
offer a floor to kip on, that may be of interest. But just a lift would be a start.
Personally, I need to check a couple of things and will repost again soon on this
topic.

There's absolutely no obligation to help out in this way if it's not convenient for
you. Simply attending the show on your own would, I am sure, be appreciated by
exhibitors there.
