As ever, I'm okay for pretty much any date. (In an unusual move, it's been
over three months since my last holiday, and I still don't have the next one
booked. There's only one possible conclusion: I must be ill. I therefore
need a holiday!)

Only that I agree - and one a few weeks after the show. That, I think, makes
sense as a general approach to timing: a meeting in the month running up to,
and again in the month following each of the main [UK?] shows, of which
there are obviously four. That equates to eight meetings per year (but
possibly less when things like SW/March, Wakefield/April happen), which
based on what we've done so far this sounds reasonable. And is a good
compromise between every month (for a more fully fledged group) and every
other month (as an informal one).

But that's thinking more generally than the specific dates you're thinking
of.
