It wasn't fun at the weekend, I can tell you that!

I set about this task on Friday because I woke up after another bad night's
sleep with the tiredness really catching up with me: I was exhausted and had
a really nasty headache. I *had* intended that day to be spent over in the
Brecons, but I really didn't feel up to driving that far (even though the
resulting walk would have been perfect - totally stress free and relaxing),
so I decided that because my day had now opened up, the programming task
would be a 'sensible' choice.

Hohoho.

The tiredness meant that my brain wasn't fully functioning - which in turn
meant I made silly mistake, after silly mistake, after silly mistake, and
just couldn't get my head around some things - some quite basic things. And
*that* meant I became frustrated and stressed about not getting even the
simplest of things working - which just made the headache get worse and
worse. Saturday wasn't a lot better - but Sunday (after a better night of
sleep), although I couldn't spare as much time to it, I did get quite a bit
further along**.

(Yes, in the space of maybe two hours on Sunday, I made more progress than
in the previous two entire days - that's how much of a zombie I was on
Friday and Saturday!)

** Albeit only in 'test' programs: Integrating it all with Trellis itself,
given how badly programmed and buggy it is, might be quite challenging. That
will be Friday's task - so whether I can do it is really going to hinge on
how long I'm at the client's premises (and/or anything else important that
might crop up).
